Job Title: Senior QA Manager

Our company is seeking an experienced professional to lead quality assurance efforts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in software applications, possessing a thorough understanding of Test Management and Defect Management processes.

This role requires strong communication skills, both written and oral, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Experience in Software Testing & Quality Assurance.
  • Thorough understanding of Test Management and Defect Management processes.
  • Solid understanding of manual testing processes and in-depth knowledge of various testing techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of industry-wide Quality & Test processes and practices.
  • Define Test Data Profiling approaches and Test Data Management approaches.

Selected candidates should possess excellent functional understanding of Investment Banking, Capital Markets, and strong knowledge of database testing with experience in SQL and complex queries. Hands-on experience with HP ALM and JIRA is also required.
