Quality Assurance Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) professional to fill this key position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute and maintain test plans, test cases and test scripts (manual and automated).
  • Identify, document and track bugs and issues using tracking tools.
  • Develop testing documents such as STD, STR, SDD, SRS.
  • Perform regression, functional, integration, performance and usability testing.
  • Set up and maintain automation frameworks for continuous testing and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Create and execute appropriate test strategies and processes that align with business objectives and project timelines.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, tools and technologies for quality assurance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience 3-5 years in QA engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language - Java, Python, JavaScript.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience designing and planning test conditions, test scripts and test data sets to ensure appropriate and adequate coverage and control.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Experience with API testing - Postman, RestAssured.
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools - JMeter, LoadRunner.
  • Exposure to cloud environments AWS, Azure, GCP and containerised applications Docker, Kubernetes.

Qualifications:

  • B.E / B.tech / MCA qualification is required.
  • Certification in QA testing will be an advantage.
