Senior Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee quality assurance efforts for our web domain project.

Job Overview:

The QA Lead will develop and implement test strategies, ensuring the overall quality of the project. This includes developing and implementing test plans, processes and frameworks for web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans and processes for web applications.
  • Lead and manage a team of QA professionals, providing guidance and mentoring.
  • Manage testing for high-traffic web applications serving prominent clients.
  • Design and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
  • Evaluate and ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and deliverables.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years experience in software QA testing.
  • Strong analytical and logical skills to strategise testing.
  • Relevant work experience in manual testing of Web applications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of automated testing using Selenium or Mabl.
  • Good understanding of Web and Mobile based projects.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Technical Skills:

You should have expertise in:

  • Manual Testing, API Testing, Functional Testing, Web Testing, Comprehensive Testing Knowledge.
  • Test Strategy and Planning, Automation Expertise, Web Technologies.
  • API and Performance Testing, Database and Backend Testing, Version Control and CI/CD.
