As a seasoned Quality Assurance leader, you will spearhead our e-commerce QA initiatives.

Our ideal candidate has 5–10 years of professional experience in QA and automation, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage QA teams for large-scale e-commerce projects.
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks for web and mobile applications.
  • Oversee QA processes for Magento and other customized e-commerce platform integrations.
  • Perform performance testing using JMeter to identify and optimize bottlenecks.
  • Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing using tools like BrowserStack.
  • Design and execute API testing workflows using Postman.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
  • Manage defect tracking and reporting via Jira.
  • Implement best practices in test automation, regression testing, and continuous integration (CI).
  • Mentor and train QA team members on tools, processes, and automation frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Strong Magento expertise or similar e-commerce platforms with customized codebases.
  • Hands-on expertise with automation, performance testing, cross-browser testing, API testing, test management, and mobile/WMS testing.
