Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Operations Manager with 8+ years of experience in IT services to drive sales efficiency, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. This role will work closely with sales leadership to support planning, forecasting, reporting, and overall sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline and optimize sales processes across geographies.
  • Manage CRM tools (Salesforce/Zoho) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Own sales forecasting, performance tracking, and pipeline reporting.
  • Design and manage incentive/commission plans.
  • Support territory planning, account allocation, and deal structuring.
  • Collaborate with delivery, finance, and marketing for operational alignment.
  • Lead onboarding, training, and enablement for the sales team.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in Sales Ops, preferably in IT Services.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI/Tableau).
  • Experience managing global sales processes (US).
  • Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
