Our team is seeking an experienced professional to lead the servicing of complex commercial loans.
This key role involves coordinating various activities to ensure customer satisfaction, evaluating and uploading data into systems, and resolving open service issues.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee a team to resolve client complaints and achieve business objectives.
- Review and negotiate moderately complex loan transactions.
- Evaluate risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues.
- Conduct quality reviews and monitor performance metrics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial loan servicing or equivalent field.
- Proficiency in LIQ or equivalent lending platforms.
- Training expertise including developing training plans, conducting courses, and defining onboarding milestones.
- Supervising daily deliverables of the team and performing end-of-day check-out.
