Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to maintain and enhance Terraform scripts for DBT Cloud, GitHub, and other platforms.
  • This role involves direct collaboration with our Provision Tool and related infrastructure tooling to automate environment setup, deployments, and key rotation practices.
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with our STL and Senior Engineer to ensure seamless operations, handling AWS IAM, RSA key management, and 1Password Vault usage.
  • Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, solutions, and project KPIs; implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure.
  • We require someone to define and set development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operations.
  • The technical skill to review, verify, and validate software code developed in the project is essential.
  • Troubleshooting techniques and coordinating bug fixes with developers are also required.
  • The successful candidate will monitor processes during the entire lifecycle for adherence and update or create new processes for improvement in a lean manner.
  • They will plan and build automated processes where possible and identify and deploy cybersecurity measures by performing continuous vulnerability assessment and risk management.
  • We need someone to select and deploy CI/CD tools and CI/CD pipelines, build CI/CD pipelines for various technologies and platforms, and mentor team members on DevOps collaboration.
  • Metric-driven decisions are necessary to monitor and measure customer experience and KPIs.
  • The ability to plan team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities is crucial.
  • We expect our DevOps Engineer to coordinate and communicate within the team and with customers, manage stakeholders and external interfaces, and manage periodic reporting on progress to management and customers.
