Reservations Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservations Coordinator to set up our end-to-end reservations process and create the foundation for growth. In this role, you will manage reservations across multiple channels, handle guest communication, maintain accurate data on property management systems, and ensure seamless check-ins.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reservations across online travel agencies (OTAs), direct bookings, and offline channels.
  • Handle guest communication via calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
  • Maintain accurate data on property management systems (PMS) and OTA extranets.
  • Verify property listings and ensure rates, availability, and content are updated.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), email templates, and booking process documents.
  • Review guest communication for tone and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with property managers for smooth check-ins and special requests.
  • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly booking and revenue reports.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in reservations/front office in hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of OTA extranets (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.).
  • Understanding of PMS and rate management.
  • Excellent communication skills (English; other languages an asset).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a start-up environment.
