  • We're seeking a highly skilled Reservation Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
About the Role:

This role demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Guest Engagement: Assist customers with ZHotel bookings by sharing property details, availability, and pricing
  2. Customer Support: Handle calls, messages, and inquiries from potential guests or partners
  3. Reservation Management: Manage and update reservation records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  4. Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Property Managers) for booking confirmations
  5. Follow-up and Support: Provide follow-up and support on customer queries and resolve concerns proactively
  6. Record Keeping: Maintain daily records of reservations, changes, cancellations, and feedback
  7. Upselling: Upsell relevant options based on availability and customer needs
  8. Reporting: Support reservation reporting and contribute to enhancing booking efficiency
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience: Proven experience in reservations, sales, or customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, Strong customer service orientation, Ability to analyze market trends and adapt pricing strategies accordingly, Proficient in using reservation management software and tools
  • Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure
