Job Title: Audit Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Audit Manager to lead our financial statement audits in conformity with US GAAP and US GAAS.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough examinations of financial statements to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Oversee a team of accounting and auditing experts, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments through continuous research and analysis.
  • Foster effective communication and cooperation among peers, supervisors, and colleagues.
  • Analyze presentation and disclosure impact, ensuring accurate and transparent reporting.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in US GAAP and GAAS, with expertise in financial statement audits.
  • Hold a Qualified Chartered Accountant designation or equivalent professional certification in accounting and tax fields.
  • Possess knowledge of Caseware and Caseview software, with preference for those with hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, facilitating collaborative work environments.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, leveraging technology to enhance productivity.
  • Have industry exposure in General Commercial, with a strong preference for candidates with construction industry experience and background in reviews and compilations.
  • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks based on project urgency, adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Show enthusiasm for learning new software and technologies, embracing continuous growth and development.
  • Display a positive attitude, contributing to a supportive and dynamic work environment.
