Objective: To secure a position as an Audit Associate where I can utilize my skills in auditing to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality audit services to clients, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulations.
  • Work closely with audit managers and partners to plan and execute audit engagements.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Conducting audits of financial statements, operational processes, and compliance programs to ensure accuracy and adherence to applicable standards.
  • Reviewing and auditing the financial statements of UK-based enterprises to ensure adherence to legal accounting requirements (UK GAAP or IFRS).
  • Participating in statutory audit work preparation, understanding all phases (planning, execution, and closure).
  • Performing end-to-end audit functions for entities across sectors, including small and medium companies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in end-to-end audit for UK clients.
  • Proficiency in audit software, including CaseWare, Wolters Kluwer CCH Audit, MyWorkPapers, Inflo, and Thomson Reuters.
  • Experience in using accounting applications, such as IRIS, Sage, and Xero.
  • Knowledge in MS Office Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting frameworks (IFRS, FRS, UK GAAP), and relevant regulations.
