Technical Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest standards of quality in our daily output.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough technical checks on files to guarantee conformity with industry and Deluxe standards
- Implementing required instructions to produce error-free final products
- Maintaining an average quality yield of 99%
- Coordinating with PC and updating Project Notes to implement changes or fixes in languages
- Providing feedback to other users and departments
- Communicating clearly and effectively with clients
This role also involves mentoring newer recruits, promoting teamwork, suggesting improvements, and participating in job/personal knowledge training programs.
The ideal candidate should possess exceptional audio sensitivity, good comprehension and communication skills, broad cultural knowledge, and technical proficiency in Microsoft Office. They should also be team-oriented, detail-focused, and able to work under tight deadlines.
