Regional Insurance Solutions Manager

This role is focused on translating insurance product configurations into live client implementations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless integration with platforms and partner ecosystems.

The Regional Insurance Solutions Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of group health insurance solutions for enterprise clients, driving client onboarding, plan configuration, and platform readiness across multiple regions.

  • Lead the implementation of group insurance products (GMC/GHI, GPA, GTL, OPD, CI, modular, Flex wallet-based designs).
  • Engage with clients to capture requirements and translate plan designs into technical portal specifications.
  • Deliver product and platform demonstrations to client stakeholders. Design, document, and validate plan configurations for Application Configuration teams.
  • Oversee configuration quality through testing, audits, and QA processes. Collaborate with technology teams on integrations (Enhancement, API, SSO, SFTP etc.). Act as the regional point of contact for internal business stakeholders, clients, and insurers.
  • Mentor team members and share best practices for scalable implementations.
  • Define and enforce QA/testing frameworks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase implementation efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to InfoSec, regulatory, and operational standards during client rollouts.
