We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee live trading strategies and take on a leadership role within our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute your own trading strategy from day one, with full ownership of the process from concept to execution, including risk and performance management.
  • Optimize and operate ultra-low-latency trading strategies, scaling profit and loss while building infrastructure around your trading edge.
  • Contribute to the development of our trading desk's structure and direction, leveraging your expertise in market microstructure, high-frequency trading, and execution risk.
Requirements:
  • Currently have a profitable trading strategy or have recently achieved this milestone.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of market microstructure, high-frequency trading, and execution risk.
  • Exhibit strong programming skills in Python/C++, particularly in rapid development and testing.
  • Display strategic thinking and leadership potential.
