About the Role:

The Revenue Growth Manager position at Kotak Mahindra Bank involves identifying and acquiring new customers through external individual efforts. This role requires a proactive and result-oriented professional who can drive sales performance and contribute to the bank's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients, focusing on revenue generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Source and acquire new customers from various segments, including individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, and corporates.
  • Handhold acquired customers for the initial 3-month period to deepen relationship values and ensure smooth transition to the Branch Banking team.
  • Maintain average quarterly balance and conduct regular promotional and customer events to generate leads.

Requirements:

  • Fresher or graduate with relevant experience; at least 1 year of experience in liabilities sales preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team environment.
