Job Description:

Our Travel Support Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing travel arrangements for individuals or groups. This involves booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel logistics to ensure smooth and efficient travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking and Coordination: Arranging flights, accommodations, transportation (car rentals, etc.), and other travel logistics to meet the needs of travelers.
  • Budget Management: Managing travel expenses to ensure costs stay within allocated budgets.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensuring all travel arrangements adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Vendor Negotiation: Negotiating with travel agencies to secure the best rates and services.
  • Itinerary Management: Checking and sharing detailed travel itineraries to ensure they meet traveler needs.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolving any issues that arise during travel, such as flight cancellations or unexpected changes.
  • Travel Advice: Providing travelers with information on travel regulations and safety protocols.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of travel arrangements, expenses, and other relevant data.
  • Communication: Communicating effectively with travelers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of travel trends, regulations, and safety measures to provide exceptional travel support.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Qualification: Any graduate degree.
  • Experience: Above 1 year of experience in the travel industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to interact with travelers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
