Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.js and Node.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of developing and maintaining high-quality web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the architecture and design of our platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable and efficient solutions, contributing to both frontend and backend development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, and relevant technologies.
  • Build responsive, dynamic user interfaces with React.js, ensuring cross-browser and device compatibility.
  • Develop and maintain APIs, services, and databases using Node.js, Express, and other backend technologies.
  • Contribute to the architecture and design of new features, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and strategic alignment.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices are followed. Mentor junior developers as needed.
  • Partner with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Debug issues across the stack.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and share insights with the team.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on React.js and Node.js.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Frontend Expertise: Proficient in React.js, Redux, Hooks, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Backend Expertise: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, and RESTful API design. Familiarity with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  • Tools & Frameworks: Proficient in version control systems like Git, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
  • Leadership: Experience in mentoring and leading a team of developers is a plus.
