About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our UK and India Development team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and secure web applications using our core technologies, including Azure, Node.js, React, Redux, and TypeScript.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of high-quality features and implement processes to reduce technical debt
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner, BA, and Project Manager to understand requirements and deliver solutions
  • Mentor and guide team members to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Develop and manage well-functioning databases and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
  • Design and develop secure and scalable web applications with unit test coverage
Requirements
  • Technical Architecture, Design, Development, and Documentation
  • Technical Leadership and Strategy
  • Incident Management
  • Agile Methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
  • Experience working as a Full Stack Engineer on products with 1 million+ users across web and mobile applications
  • Strong understanding of secure and scalable application development, including API microservices, authentication, and API gateways
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
