About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer with a strong technical background and leadership skills to lead our web development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of full-stack developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.

  • Review code, provide feedback, and ensure that best practices and coding standards are followed.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
  • Manage project priorities, deadlines, and resources to meet business objectives.
  • Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and other issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in web development.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a technical liaison between the development team and other departments within the company.
Requirements
  • B. Tech, MCA.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience as a Full-stack Developer, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
  • Strong understanding of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or similar.
  • Experience with database systems such as MySQL, and MongoDB.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
  • Experience with mobile app development (iOS or Android).
