We are looking for a talented IT Service Desk Professional to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As an IT Service Desk Professional, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of software and hardware systems.
- Prepare activity reports and inform management of recurring problems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT technical support.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
