Responsibilities:

  • Respond to technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of software and hardware systems.
  • Prepare activity reports and inform management of recurring problems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT technical support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
