Our Approach to Learning

Our Kindergartens offer a unique blend of learning and play, where children can explore, discover, and grow in a nurturing environment. Your days will be filled with singing in our treehouse, joining tea parties, and sparking imagination as you nurture and inspire the youngest minds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the professional management and operation of the Kindergarten for 1-6 year olds
  • Foster positive relationships with parents, teachers, and Kindergarten staff
  • Work full-time with a 9-hour working day, including provided snacks and lunch
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education/Psychology/Human Development
  • Passion for the Early Childhood space and enjoyment of working with young children
  • Excellent English proficiency with enthusiastic and positive communication skills
  • Playful, creative, responsible, resourceful, and a flexible approach
  • Strong interest or working knowledge in Early Childhood Learning
  • Ability and willingness to adapt foreign curriculum to suit the Indian culture
  • Desire to be involved in building a Kindergarten from the ground up
  • Dynamic, service-minded, and capable of working independently
