Kai Early Years is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher / Early Years Facilitator to join our team. As a Pre-primary teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds and lives of our youngest learners.
You will create a positive and engaging learning environment, fostering the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children of ages 1 to 6 years. We are looking for a passionate educator who possesses excellent communication skills, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children. Qualification & Essential Skills:Bachelor's degreeEmbrace and uphold the Kai Purpose - To transform the early years, for each child and family through enriched learning and living experiences.
Genuine desire to help children learn and develop holisticallyDemonstrate whole-heartedness, genuine care, and compassion, ensuring your actions and personality contribute to a warm and supportive environment. Communicate effectively with children, colleagues, and families, fostering positive and open relationships through articulate verbal expression and clear, compelling written communication.

Engage in reflective practices to enhance your teaching methods and contribute to the continuous improvement of our programs.
