About Our Team:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Client Success Associate to ensure timely updates and accuracy of sales data within our CRM system. The role involves coordinating with Sales Executives, verifying lead information, escalating gaps, and supporting business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Data & Performance: Follow up with Sales Executives to ensure timely updates, verify and maintain accuracy of CRM data, track tasks, lead reviews, pending assignments daily.
  • Coordinate Communication: Call and follow up with Sales Executives regarding pending updates, maintain professional communication with Sales teams, escalate unresolved issues.
  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare and share daily, weekly, monthly reports on lead status and follow-ups, highlight delays, pending actions, and escalate issues when required.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Support Sales Teams with data-driven insights for business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication & follow-up skills.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages an asset).
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data entry.
  • High attention to detail, patience, and accuracy.
