Maintain accurate records of lead information, follow-up status, and key insights in CRM systems for better tracking and conversion. Nurture unqualified or undecided leads by providing relevant information and resources to keep them engaged for future opportunities.

Collaborate with counselors and business development teams to align lead qualification processes with overall enrollment strategies. Monitor and report key metrics such as lead conversion rates, response times, and engagement levels to optimize lead management processes.
