Job Title: Support Associate

Key Responsibilities:

1.   Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, or other digital platforms.

2.   Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

3.   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including resolutions and follow-up actions.

 

Requirements:

1.   Bachelor's degree in any field.

2.   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3.   Ability to work from an office environment 5 days a week.

4.   Willingness to work in US hours (night shifts).
