Job Title: Student Experience Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Student Experience Associate. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that students have a seamless and engaging experience throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to students and parents through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone calls.
  • Manage escalations efficiently and effectively, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and to the satisfaction of the student and parent.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Tech, and Academy, to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall student experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer experience or support roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Passion for education and genuine interest in helping students succeed.
