The Role:

  • Develop high-performance Python code for AI training pipelines, fine-tuning, and refinement.
  • Generate diverse datasets for SFT and contribute to RLHF workflows, fostering model growth and accuracy.
  • Evaluate and compare model performance through benchmarking, driving progress in AI systems.
  • Assess and rank model outputs with clear, structured feedback, ensuring alignment and optimization.
  • Collaborate with researchers and annotators to enhance model capabilities and usability.
  • Maintain clean, well-documented code to guarantee reproducibility and scalability.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Python with strong debugging and optimization skills, backed by practical experience.
  • Familiarity with Python testing frameworks (unit, integration, property-based) for robust development.
  • Understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and async programming for efficient execution.
  • Experience with code quality, architectural patterns, and refactoring techniques for optimal performance.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills in English, enabling seamless collaboration.
  • Open to all levels of experience – from motivated juniors to seasoned professionals who share our vision.
