Infrastructure Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Analyst to join our team. As an Infrastructure Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational health of our platform.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background working in an Agile or DevOps environment with continuous delivery and continuous integration. You should also have experience working within a Configuration Management (CfM) or Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing input to and supporting the team's activities to ensure that the platform integrity is maintained in line with technical roadmaps.
  • Supporting the delivery of a robust production management service for relevant infrastructure platforms.
  • Contributing to the delivery of customer outcomes, innovation and early learning by contributing to test products and services.
  • Making sure that risks are discussed and understood at every step, and effectively collaborating to mitigate risk.
  • Participating and seeking out opportunities to simplify the platform infrastructure, architecture, services and customer solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience working on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Extensive experience driving solutions from inception to implementation.
  • Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • A solid background working in an Agile or DevOps environment with continuous delivery and continuous integration.
