System Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled System Integration Specialist to lead the integration of fire access, CCTV, and access control systems with other building management systems (BMS) for seamless operation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the integration of fire access, CCTV, and access control systems with BMS ensuring compatibility between various systems such as HVAC, lighting, and energy management.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and commissioning of fire alarm systems, CCTV, and access control systems ensuring they are fully operational and meet all relevant regulations and client expectations.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including system designs, wiring diagrams, as-built drawings, operation manuals, test reports, and compliance certificates ensuring all documents are up-to-date and aligned with project milestones.
  • Provide post-installation support including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm, CCTV, and access control systems offering expert guidance to clients on system operation and problem resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery and adherence to timelines.
  • Ensure that all installed systems meet regulatory compliance requirements including fire safety codes, security standards, and industry best practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients offering project updates resolving queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Diploma Degree in Engineering Security Systems or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fire access systems, CCTV, and access control systems.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with fire alarm systems, CCTV cameras and surveillance systems, and access control systems.
  • Project Management: Proven track record of managing security and fire safety systems projects from start to finish including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve issues on-site and during system commissioning.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients contractors and team members.
