Investment Banking Specialist Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Banking Specialist to join our organization in Dindigul, India.

The successful candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in the BPO/BPM industry, preferably in the investment banking domain, or be an MBA (Finance) fresher from the 2024 batch with a strong understanding of investment banking concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day investment banking processes efficiently and effectively.
  • Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational targets through proactive management and optimization.
  • Perform transactions as per defined guidelines and timelines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Maintain adherence to governance and compliance mechanisms established with clients.
  • Work in client-assigned shifts with flexibility to meet changing business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of full-time experience in the BPO/BPM industry, preferably in the investment banking domain.
  • OR MBA (Finance) fresher – 2024 pass-out with mark sheet and degree certificate in hand.
  • Strong understanding of investment banking concepts and principles.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts based on client timings and adapt to changing business requirements.

Preferred Skills:

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Prior exposure to client-facing or high-volume transaction roles is a plus for this position.
