The role of Quality Assurance Associate is critical in ensuring the quality standards are met, processing accuracy and compliance with predefined checklists.

This position requires an understanding of legal documentation, including court orders, retainer agreements, affidavits and BK filings, which are essential for delivering high-quality services.

The Quality Assurance Associate will collaborate closely with Coordinators from both US and IND businesses to execute daily responsibilities.

  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure quality compliances and processing accuracy for daily operations.
  • Audit a sample proportion of processed tickets based on predefined checklists for assigned tickets via email, Salesforce, Jit Bit, RAGIC, and other data sources at a set frequency as defined by the business.
  • Ensure random audits twice or thrice per month to verify Claimant documentation.
  • Perform random sample checks on communication sent/received to/from Trustees
  • Review and interpret legal documents, especially court motions/orders, affidavits, PACER reports, and legal heirship documents.
  • Become familiar with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
  • Arrange weekly updates with the business for SOP updates and requirements.
  • Create weekly/monthly reports on audits performed on the set frequency and report out to the supervisor and business with relevant analytics and inferences.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field preferably Law/BBA/Commerce.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a multinational corporation.
  • Project management experience or certifications are highly desirable.
  • ISO 9001 certification or similar is preferable.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Experience in quality auditing of legal documents/email communications. Ability to comprehend legal terminologies and scope of work required during quality audits.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities with an eye for detail to identify errors.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to derive insights from information provided.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills for addressing complex issues.
  • Basic understanding of tools and techniques such as CAPA, RCA, FMEA, SPC & 7 QC tools.
