We are on the hunt for an accomplished Technical Director with a proven track record in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale projects, driving innovation, and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of complex technology projects from inception to completion.
  • Provide strategic direction on Web, Cloud, and Data Engineering initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to drive project success.
  • Lead and manage a team of 60-70 members, including technical leads and architects.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement plans, succession strategies, and skill-building programs.
  • Contribute to RFP/RFI responses and create compelling technical proposals.
  • Participate in client presentations and solution pitches.
  • Identify emerging trends and lead Proof of Concept (PoC) and accelerator initiatives.
  • Plan and execute skill-building initiatives to align talent with future business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in technology, with 4-5 years in leadership roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of BFSI domain expertise, particularly in Banking and Fintech.
  • Strong background in Web Technologies (Python,.NET, Node.js), Cloud (AWS,Azure,GCP), and Data Engineering.
  • Experience with Agile, DevOps, and modern delivery tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BFSI experience across multiple markets, including US,EU,APAC.
  • Familiarity with security, compliance, and BFSI application standards.
  • Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, CI/CD.
