About the Role:

As a senior associate for strategic initiatives, you will play a key role in identifying and scaling projects that drive business growth or operational efficiency.

This is a hands-on position that requires strong execution skills, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project execution: scoping, stakeholder alignment, measurement, and handoff.
  • Analyse performance data and user feedback to inform recommendations on initiative progression.
  • Develop internal documentation and frameworks to capture and share learnings across the organisation.
  • Contribute to strategic planning processes and initiative pipelines based on emerging market needs.
  • Act as a thought partner to leadership by providing structured problem-solving and strategic input.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in strategy, product ops, consulting, growth, or project management roles.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; Excel, basic SQL, or data platforms are desired.
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently and work in unstructured environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – solving open-ended problems and building from scratch.
