
Service Excellence Manager

We are seeking a skilled Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our services and providing excellent customer support.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing our products at customer locations.
- Diagnosing issues efficiently and resolving warranty complaints.
- Providing on-site technical support and training to customers.
- Coordinating with internal technical and service teams for escalations and quick resolutions.
- Maintaining accurate records of service activities, visits, and complaint status.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company service protocols.
- Building strong and lasting customer relationships.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems.
- Troubleshooting and repair expertise in industrial or railway equipment.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and across India.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proactive, reliable, and committed to service excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or railway industry is preferred. Additionally, knowledge of service documentation and complaint tracking will be an advantage.
