About This Role">

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Tenant Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Microsoft 365 tenant environment for our organization.

As a Microsoft 365 Tenant Administrator, you will oversee the security, compliance, and efficient operation of all Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other related applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overssee the M365 tenant, including user and license management, service configuration, and tenant-level settings.
  • Implement and maintain security measures and compliance policies across the M365 environment.
  • Monitor the health and performance of M365 services and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to develop and enforce governance policies for data retention, eDiscovery, and data loss prevention.
  • Manage the deployment of M365 updates and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
  • Provide end-user support and training for M365 applications and services.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and Microsoft support for escalated issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and their integration with on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert certification.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified Modern Workplace Administrator Associate certification.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified Security Administrator Associate certification.
