Cinema Manager Role Overview

As a cinema manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our cinemas, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and achieving business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Theatre Operations: You will be responsible for managing staff, providing excellent customer service, optimizing box office performance, overseeing concessions, coordinating technical aspects, and maintaining high health and safety standards.
  • Leadership: Lead teams with strong leadership and team management skills, fostering a collaborative environment that drives success.
  • Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Customer Focus: Deliver outstanding movie-going experiences while creatively solving problems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or similar field is required.
  • Prior experience working with major cinema chains is mandatory.
  • Possession of an MBA or Diploma in Hospitality/Operations Management is advantageous.
