Job Overview:

A seasoned BIM professional is required to spearhead the digital delivery of projects and drive project success through effective collaboration, technical expertise, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the use of BIM for projects, ensuring seamless integration among team members.
  • Develop and maintain BIM protocols, Execution Plans, and other critical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyze client requirements and implement tailored BIM Execution Plans to deliver exceptional results.
  • Document and communicate best practices and workflows to ensure consistency across projects.
  • Provide primary technical support for BIM-related issues and collaborate with specialists, modelers, leads, and managers to achieve project goals.
  • Manage Revit project production, oversee project contents, and standardize Library objects.
  • Utilize Navisworks tools for review, quality control, and documentation purposes.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance and quality control checks to ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Offer one-on-one mentoring on 'Best Practice' workflows to project teams as needed.
  • Maintain team compliance with BIM standards and guidelines, promoting a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in design, drafting, and BIM management on large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and 3D BIM authoring tools.
  • Experience with Navis for coordination.
  • Technical knowledge of MEP services.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and solve problems efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and able to take ownership of responsibilities.
