Chief Compensation and Benefits Officer

This role is responsible for designing compensation structures, determining salary ranges, managing annual salary revision exercises, communicating compensation programs to employees and management, monitoring the compensation program, and making changes as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in compensation and benefits, a graduate degree in any discipline or MBA finance/HR, prior experience in people leadership, expertise in benefits portfolio management, budgeting, vendor assessment, data requirement gathering, project management, process design, and governance. They must also have strong network connections with peers in competitor organizations, awareness of market landscape and practices, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Design compensation structures that align with the organization's overall HR and organizational philosophy.
- Determine appropriate salary ranges based on market research and analysis.
- Manage annual salary revision exercises to ensure fairness and equity.
- Communicate compensation programs to employees and management through various channels.
- Monitor the compensation program and make adjustments as needed to maintain competitiveness.

- Works closely with senior leadership, HR, HQ benefits, and wellbeing teams to build consensus and support for the India Health and Wellbeing Strategy.
- Focusing on communication and branding of all associate benefits.
- Drives insurance renewal for the Fiserv India entity.
