**Job Opportunity:** Lead Placement Professional

The position of Director of Placement is available at a leading educational institution seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead its placement efforts for campus recruitment.

The university offers a diverse range of courses in fields such as Health Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, Engineering, Hotel Management, Business Management, and Arts and Science. **Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare students for placements and ensure their successful placement in programs
  • Establish strong industry connections with private sector companies, startups, recruitment firms, and HR consultants
  • Build relationships with industry associations, forums, and captains
  • Utilize online communities and social media platforms for networking purposes
  • Interact with industries on career opportunities and employment trends
  • Identify and organize interaction programs on career opportunities
  • Track application forms, pre-screen candidates, shortlist, and schedule interviews

**Training Support:

  • Organize skill lab orientation programs
  • Enroll students in the Career Service Tech platform by coordinating with academic institutions
  • Conduct training programs at different academic institutions
  • Work closely with subject experts and learning engagement coaches to revise and update curriculums

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in management, human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate placements in NCR Region
  • PAN India network, multi-disciplinary university experience, communication, presentation, training, and soft skills
