We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Snowflake Database Administrator to support the optimization and maintenance of our cloud data warehouse.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Database Management: Oversee the day-to-day operation and management of the Snowflake data warehouse, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Optimize Snowflake database for speed and efficiency, addressing any bottlenecks or issues.
  • Implement and maintain database security policies, including role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align database architecture with business requirements.
  • Monitor Snowflake usage, costs, and performance metrics, and make recommendations for cost optimization.
  • Ensure smooth data migrations and integrations with other systems.
  • Provide on-call support for critical database issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Work on tuning SQL queries and improving database performance for optimal operations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in database administration, with a strong emphasis on Snowflake. They should possess in-depth knowledge of Snowflake architecture, including data warehousing, data modeling, and performance tuning.
