Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms, analysing performance, and scaling successful strategies.

This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with our creative strategists and designers to develop high-performing ad copy and creatives. You will also collaborate with the team to plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns, as well as analyse campaign performance and optimise for maximum ROI.

  • We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads, as well as experience in e-commerce or real estate marketing.
  • You should have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • A good understanding of attribution, pixel setup, and conversion tracking is also essential.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in performance marketing and a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.

About the Role

  • Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Analyse campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CVR) and optimise to achieve business KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copy and creatives.
  • Build and test different audience segments and funnels.
  • Track daily budgets, pacing, and adjust for maximum ROI.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or real estate campaigns preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads.
  • Ability to analyse data and turn insights into action.
  • Good understanding of attribution, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
