Implementation Expert Job Description

The Professional Services team works with the sales team to build solutions for customers and own the implementation and onboarding of new clients. This role is critical as it directly impacts revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement end-to-end solutions based on client requirements.
  • Design and implement integrations between systems.
  • Migrate data, including cleansing, mapping, and validation.
  • Configure systems according to client needs and implement necessary customizations.
  • Ensure timely implementations and provide technical support.
  • Serve as a technical point of contact for integrations and queries.
  • Create technical documentation and guides.
  • Conduct thorough testing before go-live.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
  • Communicate progress and status updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Work with the Product Development team for technical feedback and reviews.
  • Identify automation opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Provide technical consultation for upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Technology.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical implementation of world-class SaaS products.
  • Experience with CRM implementations and system integrations preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of cloud-based application architecture and deployment.
  • Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and data synchronization.
  • Knowledge of database management, data migration, and ETL processes.
  • Understanding of SaaS application technical features and implementation challenges.
  • Experience with web technologies (REST APIs, JSON, XML, etc.).
  • Familiarity with integration platforms and middleware solutions.
  • Basic scripting and automation skills.
