Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

This is a full-time, fully remote position for a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist. You will work from the comfort of your home while collaborating with a global team of engineers, developers, and strategists who are building the cloud backbone for platforms that serve millions of users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC, Route 53)
  • Automating deployments, scaling, and infrastructure monitoring using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar tools
  • Managing backups, disaster recovery, and multi-cloud redundancy to ensure high availability and data integrity
  • Implementing and enforcing security best practices across AWS services to protect against cyber threats
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing infrastructure for cost and performance using Linux administration, networking, and security skills
  • Collaborating with development teams to support CI/CD pipelines and app integrations using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an AWS Cloud Engineer or DevOps Engineer with strong knowledge of AWS services and automation tools
  • Proficiency in Linux administration, networking, and security with experience in managing complex cloud infrastructures
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and optimization skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team
  • AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps, or DevOps Engineer) are a plus, but not required
