Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity that requires dedication and expertise in the field of cloud computing.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with virtualization platforms, such as SolusVM, Openstack, and KVM, as well as proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, providing level 2 support via live chat and tickets, handling migrations and transfers, and assisting the level 1 support team with escalations.

We offer autonomy and training to help you grow with us. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, excellent written English skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, including VPS/Linux/Windows and Solus/KVM/WHMCS tech stack.
  • Provide level 2 support via live chat and tickets.
  • Handle migrations/transfers and assist the level 1 support team with escalations.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with virtualization platforms, such as SolusVM, Openstack, and KVM.
  • Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Excellent written English skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a remote team environment.
