Job Title: Channel Partner & Sourcing Head

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead our Channel Partner & Sourcing team. As a Channel Partner & Sourcing Head, you will be responsible for establishing and scaling the sourcing vertical, leading a high-performance team to maximize sales through Channel Partners (CPs), corporate tie-ups, and alternative channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a robust sourcing organization structure, including CP managers, corporate tie-up teams, and activations.
  • Develop and implement CP incentive frameworks aligned with sales goals.
  • Persuasively engage with top-tier CPs and institutional partners to drive business activation.
  • Lead the recruitment, mentorship, and development of sourcing managers and executives.
  • Foster strong relationships with CPs via events, training, loyalty programs, and digital platforms.
  • Provide regular updates on CP channel contribution, including visits, bookings, and revenue.
Deliverables:
  • Establish a fully functional sourcing team within six months.
  • Drive 50–70% sales contribution from CPs, meeting or exceeding the Lucknow benchmark.
  • Develop a robust corporate partnership pipeline.
  • Create a structured calendar for CP meetings and events.
Requirements:
  • MBA/Graduate degree with a strong background in sales.
  • At least 12–15 years of real estate sales experience.
  • A minimum of five years in CP/Sourcing leadership roles at reputable developers.
  • An extensive network of CPs across Lucknow and Uttar Pradesh.
  • A proven track record of scaling CP-driven sales.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
