We are looking for experienced professionals to lead full-cycle implementations of incentive compensation solutions. In this client-facing role, you will collaborate directly with stakeholders and mentor junior team members.

  • Define business & technical requirements through discovery sessions.
  • Configure solutions based on client needs.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy.
  • Execute data mapping, transformation, and integration processes.
  • Create and run test cases; provide post-go-live support.
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training.

This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales operations, quota design, and project delivery. You will work closely with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Requirements Definition: Work with clients to gather business requirements and define technical specifications.
  • Solution Configuration: Configure solutions based on client needs.
  • Implementation Management: Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy.
  • Data Integration: Execute data mapping, transformation, and integration processes.
  • Testing and Deployment: Create and run test cases; provide post-go-live support.
  • Mentorship and Training: Guide and mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training.

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and develop your skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales operations, quota design, and project delivery, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.
