Corporate Strategy and Transaction Advisor

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our organization as a Corporate Strategy and Transaction Advisor. This role will play a pivotal part in advising clients on strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate restructuring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, from origination to closure, ensuring seamless deal completion and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Client Advisory Services: Provide strategic advice to clients on potential M&A opportunities, ensuring alignment with their long-term goals and maximizing value.
  • Financial Modeling and Analysis: Perform comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses.
  • Deal Structuring and Negotiation: Design deal structures that meet client objectives while maximizing value, overseeing negotiations of terms, pricing, and legal documentation.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, banks, legal advisors, and other third-party advisors.
  • Market Intelligence and Research: Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for clients.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on financial analysis, client presentations, and deal execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (legal, tax, and regulatory) to ensure seamless execution of transactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or private equity, with a strong track record of deal advisory experience.
