Job Description">

The role of an Application Automation Engineer involves driving predictive and intelligent delivery approaches based on automation and analytics. This position plays a pivotal role in the development of automated delivery analytics to gather insights from data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver analytical solutions to extract valuable information from complex data sets

  • Maintain expertise in MuleSoft RTF and Anypoint Platform for optimal performance

  • Upgrade Anypoint platform components, including Agents, Runtime Fabric, and Application Runtimes

  • Ensure smooth operation of pods and namespaces in Gravity/Openshift environments

  • Manage API groups, encompassing publication to the Anypoint Exchange, promotion across different environments, and deletion or deprecation as needed

  • Oversee client application management, associated contracts, and credentials

  • Troubleshoot production issues, providing technical support to developers and users

  • Collaborate in resolving high-priority incidents, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders and accurate documentation of issues and resolutions

  • Implement Certificate Management strategies

  • Requires experience in DevOps, GITLAB, JFROG, Atlassian Products, UNIX/LINUX environments, and Scripting

Requirements:
