Power Automate Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Power Automate expert to design, develop, and deploy efficient process automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate, along with exposure to Python, Azure, and GenAI.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Power Automate flows for process automation.
  • Integrate Power Automate solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party APIs.
  • Work on AI-driven automation (GenAI exposure preferred).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power Automate workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with Healthcare EDI/X12 standards (if applicable).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-year degree in Computer Science/IT/related field or 3-year candidates must have a Master's degree.
  • 3- 5 years of working experience in Power Automate development.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows).
  • Knowledge of Python scripting for advanced automation.
  • Basic understanding of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, etc.).
  • Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with EDI/X12 standards (preferred for Healthcare domain).

Preferred Skills:

  • Problem-solving, strong communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points:

  • Hands-on experience with other workflow automation tools.
