
Microsoft Solutions Business Developer

As a Lead Generation Manager, you will drive demand and build a qualified pipeline for our Microsoft services portfolio.
You will develop and execute lead generation strategies to target enterprise, mid-market, and SMB clients for Microsoft solutions.
The role involves managing multi-channel campaigns, building and optimizing databases of potential customers using CRM and lead intelligence tools, qualifying leads through structured discovery calls, and working closely with Microsoft partnership teams to leverage co-selling opportunities.
You will also track KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, collaborate with the sales & marketing teams to create compelling content, presentations, and campaigns, and stay updated with Microsoft's cloud offerings, product updates, and industry trends.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and a proven track record of generating high-quality leads and supporting sales closure.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and has hands-on experience with email automation, Sales Navigator, cold outreach, and lead intelligence tools.

- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B lead generation / inside sales, preferably in Microsoft services or IT solutions
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud ecosystem (Azure, M365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with email automation, Sales Navigator, cold outreach, and lead intelligence tools
